Exeter College Boat Club (ECBC) is the Exeter College rowing club for both its undergraduate and graduate students.

Though the exact date of the boat club’s founding is unknown, it is agreed that the Exeter College Boat Club would appear to have been founded in 1823 or 1824 by Henry Bulteel, a former undergraduate of Balliol College, who had rowed for their club, and had received a fellowship at Exeter College. Thus Exeter College Boat Club has claim to being the fourth oldest boat club in the world.

Exeter College Boat Club colours are red and black after the colours of the college arms. The club rows with solid red blades.
